Aeration—$45
By pulling plugs out of the lawn, aeration allows for greater breathability for the grass as well as the ability for water and much-needed nutrients to penetrate the soil. Recommended twice a year.
Sprinkler activation—starting at $35
When the warm weather hits, we know the importance of getting your irrigation water flowing. Activating your sprinkler system includes a thorough check of your backflow preventer, valves, and every sprinkler/zone.
FeRTILIZER APPLICATION—$45
Sometimes all a lawn needs to green up again is a healthy dose of fertilizer! Applying fertilizer supplements your lawn with additional nutrients, allowing for greater growth and health. Recommended twice a year.
Sprinkler Winterizing—Starting at $35
Did you know that when water freezes, its volume expands by 20%? That’s why we recommend a sprinkler blowout for every home. Winterizing your system ensures no pipe damage in the cold season.
LIGHT Overseed—$45
Is your lawn thinning out and in need of a fresh layer of seed? If so, our crew will hand spread a top layer of bluegrass and fescue seeds that will make your yard thicker and healthier.
Sprinkler repairs—$80/hr (plus parts)
Need a sprinkler repair? Let us do the dirty work! Our trained and trusted technicians can easily fix that leak, replace a busted sprinkler, or change out a malfunctioning valve along with so much more.
YARD CLEAN-UP—$100/MAN HR
*Haul-away fee is $150

Weed control—$100/man hr
The spring brings an abundance of growth, and unfortunately that includes weeds. Eliminate those pesky weeds with our help! Our weed control technicians are professionally trained and licensed.
